Committees of Council

Supporting the Council in the management of its business are a number of committees; their terms of reference are established by Ordinance.

The Committees are:

1. The Audit Committee (Ordinance 1) 
2. The Nominations and Governance Committee (Ordinance 2) 
3. The Remuneration Committee (Ordinance 3) 
4. The Resources Committee (with its two sub-committees: the Gregynog
         Sub-Committee and the UW Press Sub-Committee) (Ordinance 4) 
5. The Strategy Committee (Ordinance 5) 
6. The Investment Committee (Ordinance 6)
