A conference jointly hosted by the Wales and the French Revolution Project at the University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies; the Centre for Romantic Studies, Aberystwyth University; and the Department of English, Swansea University. This international conference will present the results of our five-year project on the poetry of Guto'r Glyn, which has been sponsored by the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the University of Wales. Closing date for abstracts - 1 March 2012.

SEMINARS

The University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh & Celtic Studies arranges two series of seminars (often papers on work-in-progress) annually, which are usually held in the Seminar Room at the Centre at 5:00pm on alternate Thursdays during the Easter and Autumn terms. Most papers last about 50 minutes, with some 20 minutes for questions at the end. A warm welcome is extended to all.
