Course Documentation

All collaborative centres are required to submit, annually, a copy of their course document, programme specification and student handbook for each of their validated programmes for the forthcoming academic year.

Programmes of study are subject to change through revisions to assessment, programme content and staffing, and your course documentation must be updated to reflect these changes. Submitting these documents to us on an annual basis ensures that we have the most up to date information about your programmes.

Course documents

Following successful validation, collaborative centres are required to submit to the University an updated Validation Document to be called, from that time on, a Course Document.

The University's Quality Handbook| contains two documents which will guide you on preparing course documentation: Validation and Course Documentation| and Writing Degree Programme Documents|.

Collaborative centres should ensure that approved amendments to schemes or changes to staffing are are reflected in the Course Document.

The document should be submitted to the University in English. It will be provided to your University of Wales appointed Moderator for review.
