This Prize is provided in memory of Professor Gethyn Davies from the income of a gift of £2,000 given by his wife and family.

for a degree in which Economics shall be the major subject of study

who, in the opinion of the external examiner, has attained the highest standard in Economics in the University examinations held at the Cardiff University.
