Tickets and Seating
Students wishing to attend the graduation celebration must apply by the stated deadline, 31st January 2012 using the online Graduation Registration Form|.
Once you have applied, you will receive an automated email from the graduation organisers 
acknowledging safe receipt of your application form.
Without a successful application there will not be a seat reserved for you at event and you will NOT be seated if you turn up on the day without a prior reserved place.
Confirming your place at the Event
When the deadline for receiving award information from your college has passed, the graduation organisers will begin to process the data and commence seat allocations.
If successful, you will receive an email from the graduation organisers confirming your place at the ceremony and informing you of the number of guest tickets you have been allocated. You will need to follow the web link in the email to confirm that you will definitely be attending. If we do not receive this confirmation, then you will not be allowed to attend the event and your place will be allocated to others.
Guest tickets
When applying for your place at the graduation celebration you must inform the graduation organisers of the number of guest tickets you would like. Although every attempt is made to provide you with your desired amount, we can only guarantee two guest tickets per graduand.
Once the deadline for receiving award information from your college has passed, the graduation organisers will allocate extra guest tickets to those that are eligible and have requested more than two. The allocation will be done in a fair and equitable way.
Children
The Graduation Celebration is a family 
event, and all are welcome to celebrate your success. However, if a child needs his/her own seat at the ceremony (i.e. is over three years old) then you will need to include them in the number of guest tickets requested.
Collecting your tickets
Your ticket and your guest tickets will be available for collection on the day of the event. No one will be allowed into the graduation hall without a ticket.
