What to do when an Upload Fails

  • For details on setting out the data and how it needs to be formatted please this FAQ which contains the relevant documents.
  • Login to MyWales, (needs to be an account with Administrator rights)Initialloginafterwelcome1
  • After logging in choose the Admin option on the right hand of the screenAdminoption
  • Choose the option for 'Registration & Examination Transfer' under the Staff Admin tab on the left of the screen
  • You will then be presented with a screen that allows you to input all relevant information prior to the upload
  • Once all information entered click submit
  • If there are any issues with the file there will be a message on the screen and you will also recieve an email with information on what errors were found.
