This coming Mother’s Day, the 6th of March, 1825 Conference & Events at the Dylan Thomas Centre invite you to join them for a fabulous Mother’s Day Lunch for the whole family.
Opened in 1825, the Dylan Thomas Centre has a rich and varied history with the building serving as a venue for differing purposes. With the University of Wales taking over the lease of the building in 2011, it has significantly invested in renovations at the Centre, restoring it to its former glory. With the University’s investment, the Dylan Thomas Centre is now a multi-purpose venue with 1825 Conference and Events hosting gala dinners, conferences, functions and events in the beautiful surrounding of the Maritime Quarter in Swansea
On Sunday the 6th of March, let the team take care of you and your special guests in style in the beautiful dining hall at the Centre where you can choose a two or three course traditional Sunday Lunch available from £13.95 per person. Beautifully prepared, lunch is served from 12 – 3pm.

Prior to Mother’s Day, the 1st of March marks Saint David’s day and in celebration of the Patron Saint of Wales, the onsite 1825 Coffee Shop will be offering visitors a special meal deal. Available between the 1st and 5th of March 2016, quote “Saint David 1825” to receive a bowl of traditional Welsh Cawl, a Welsh cake and hot drink for only £6.25!
Open daily from 9am - 5pm, the 1825 Coffee Shop is a warm and friendly environment, based in iconic surroundings. Choose from freshly-made breakfast baguettes, sandwiches, cakes, hot and cold drinks or the Chef's home-made meals using wherever possible locally sourced and seasonal Welsh ingredients.
