Not received login details

Why haven't I received my username and password?

There are a number of reasons why you might not have received your “Welcome Email” containing your username and password:

Have you checked your spam/junkmail folder?

If you know the email address that your institution registered you with, you can use the password recovery page. If you see a message saying “The password has been sent to the e-mail address specified” but you do not receive the email, make sure that you check your spam/junkmail folder.

Has your institution sent us your full registration details?

If you are unsure whether you have been fully registered with the University of Wales, check the status of your registration with your local institution.

Are you checking a different email account?

Do you have more than one email address? Your “Welcome Email” is sent to the email address that your local institution has sent to us. You can get confirmation of the email address you have been registered with from your local institution. The password recovery page will send a password reminder to the email address we have for you on our system.

Do we have the correct email address for you?

We may have an email address on our system which you no longer use or which is incorrect. You can get confirmation of the email address you have been registered with from your local institution. If this email address is incorrect, you need to ask your institution to send the correct email address to Global Campus Support.

Do we have an email address for you?

Sometimes we do not receive an email address when your institution sends us your registration details. Check whether your institution has sent an email address for you with your registration details. If we do not have an email address for you, you need to ask your institution to send the correct email address to Global Campus Support.

If your institution has confirmed that the email address they registered you with is correct and, after using the password recovery page, the email is not in your inbox or spam/junkmail folder, please contact Global Campus Support. When contacting GC Support, please explain the error message that you receive in as much detail as possible.
